Happily Natural Day took place Aug. 29, 2009 at 2022 Sledd Street in Richmond, VA. The event was constructed by multiple small black owed businesses in the Richmond area. One of the most significant organizations sponsoring the event was Camp Diva. Camp Diva is an organization committed to the purpose of women’s empowerment starting with adolescent girls in the communities. The job Camp Diva has done with creating opportunities for healthy growth among young girls is priceless. I especially enjoyed myself during the Happily Natural Day event.
